Not necessary! You can count on us that you are in good hands, and we will get the job done! We run background checks with all of our cleaning technicians to send honest workers to your home. We are trained to close doors instantly once we arrive to your home, you do not need to worry!

Scheduling
We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement. Call us to check our openings for same day bookings.
To avoid any charges, canceled with 48 hrs notice, our cancelation policy is as folows:
• Less than 24 hrs notice/day of service = 100% of the service fee.
• Within 48-24 hrs from the start of the appointment = $80.00 per Technician
• More than 48 hrs from the start of the appointment = No charge / no fee.
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the estimated arrival time.
First time customer or occasional cleanings, there is a 65% deposit to reserve for the service, the remaining total will be charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Recurrent services will be billed 24 hours prior to service. Your invoice will reflect only the amount estimated for your cleaning service.
No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.
Cleaning Questions
It depends on how your home was maintained prior to these last 4 weeks, chances are some areas may need extra attention as dust and grime can accumulate fast. We will suggest booking a standard cleaning if your home have been cleaned with no less than 4 weeks.
We offer a range of services, our specialty is recurrent weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning services, from one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning, or customized-priority cleaning.
